Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:
Provide administrative support for IT service delivery operations
Enter and maintain data across internal systems and spreadsheets
Take meeting notes, distribute follow-ups, and assist with tracking project tasks
Support vendor communications and assist in gathering documentation or updates
Coordinate and organize requests from internal teams
Help monitor shared inboxes and escalate action items as needed
Assist with basic reporting and documentation tasks
Experience of the Right Candidate:
Recent graduate with a degree in IT, Business, or Finance
Internship, school employment, or around 6 months experience in an administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with data entry, spreadsheets, and email correspondence
Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to take initiative in daily tasks
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with tools like Excel, ServiceNow, or SharePoint
Interest in IT service delivery or project coordination
Exposure to vendor/customer communication or meeting support
