We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our management team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role requires excellent administrative, communication, and planning skills, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs—Word, Excel, PowerPoint—and other basic computer skills. The ideal candidate has a college degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration or a related field, and a strong interest or experience in AI tools that enhance productivity and streamline office processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the manager team.
Prepare, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Plan and coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and schedules.
Order and manage office supplies; maintain inventory and restock as needed.
Assist with general office operations, including filing, data entry, and database updates.
Support planning and documentation of projects, internal processes, and reporting.
Use AI tools and basic technology platforms to improve administrative efficiency.
Respond to emails and calls professionally; act as liaison between teams and departments.
Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
Help coordinate importment tasks, internal communication, and documentation tracking.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Healthcare Administration or related field strongly preferred.
Previous administrative or office support experience (healthcare environment a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong basic computer skills, including email, file management, and data entry.
Interest or working knowledge of AI tools to automate or support admin tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dependable, efficient, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
