We’re hiring a Full Time Administrative Assistant for Lorraine Lakes Town Center.

Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for organizational management. As an Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for managing and maintaining the daily functions of the office for the maintenance department. Previous office management experience is a requirement for the position.

Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with the ability to multi-task and work independently, as needed.

Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Maintain an orderly accounting filing system, including master income report

Assisting in end of month inventory

Provide superior customer service to all members and guests

Submit invoices for processing

Assist in the administration of membership sales

Participates as needed in special department projects

Participates in department meetings

Maintenance of office supplies and files

Perform other duties as assigned as supervisor or manager

Education And Experience Requirements

A minimum two years of previous experience in bookkeeping/office management

Business-related degree preferred

Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, Federal Express and UPS

Ability to maintain high level confidentiality

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Must possess exceptional time management and organizational skills

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be highly motivated, goal driven and self-starter

Knowledge of the golf and country club business is a plus
