We are supporting a global technology company in hiring an Administrative Support professional to join their devices team in Munich. This is a hands-on, operations-focused role supporting the logistics and coordination of devices used for internal testing across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, distribution, and collection of devices for employee testing programmes
- Track device movement and status using internal inventory systems
- Manage shipping processes including packaging, labelling, and customs documentation
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments across the EMEA region
- Conduct inventory checks (physical and system-based) and maintain accurate records
- Assist with basic troubleshooting related to device handling and logistics
- Provide daily reporting and general administrative support to the team
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or inventory management
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Comfortable working onsite in a hands-on operational role
