We are supporting a global technology company in hiring an Administrative Support professional to join their devices team in Munich. This is a hands-on, operations-focused role supporting the logistics and coordination of devices used for internal testing across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation, distribution, and collection of devices for employee testing programmes
  • Track device movement and status using internal inventory systems
  • Manage shipping processes including packaging, labelling, and customs documentation
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments across the EMEA region
  • Conduct inventory checks (physical and system-based) and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting related to device handling and logistics
  • Provide daily reporting and general administrative support to the team

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, shipping, or inventory management
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
  • Comfortable working onsite in a hands-on operational role
