We are seeking a Renewals Analyst to join our dynamic team in Ballincollig, Cork. In this role, you will be the backbone of our customer retention strategy, managing contract renewals, analyzing customer data, and ensuring seamless service continuity for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, track, and execute a portfolio of technology contract renewals.
- Analyze customer usage data and contract history to identify upsell or retention opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal sales, account management, and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and documentation.
- Maintain a high level of data integrity within our CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional operational support to guarantee a smooth renewal experience for global clients.
What We Are Looking For
- Communication: Fluency in English is essential.
- Fluency in a second European language (particularly French or German) is a massive plus, though not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, a knack for problem-solving, and comfort working with data/spreadsheets.
- Attitude: A proactive, eager-to-learn professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative corporate environment.
