A nationally recognized well-respected emerging Financial Services and Private Investment Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a high-degree of professional acumen, excellent communication skills and be comfortable and experienced working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, schedule meetings, prioritize tasks, and resolve conflicts.
Administrative Support: Prepare meeting materials, screen calls, coordinate travel, and submit expense reports.
Office Management: Oversee office operations, manage vendor accounts, and plan events.
Liaison: Act as a liaison between executives, partners, board members, investors, and customers.
Requirements:
2+ years relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant in a similar setting
Bachelors degree
Compensation: $85,000 – $90,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
