Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Administrative Assistant will provide support by managing clerical duties, handling phone and email communication, maintaining office organization, and assisting executive staff as needed. Responsibilities also include scheduling, document preparation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to facilitate the mission of The Saint Paul Seminary.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and proficiency in Clerical Skills
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and professional Communication
  • Knowledge or experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Familiarity with Catholic traditions and institutions is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are advantageous
