Schedule: 5 Days Onsite to Start | Hybrid (Monday-Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote) After Training
Hours: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant IV to support the Electric Regional Operations team. This role serves as a key administrative partner by coordinating schedules, tracking operational activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting daily field operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational processes run efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Electric Troubleshooter schedules and coordinate daily staffing assignments.
- Track, process, and maintain customer and third-party damage reports while ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate pre-arranged customer request work assignments and monitor workflow status.
- Track inspection schedules, compliance activities, and required follow-up actions.
- Provide administrative support for safety meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, distributing meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
- Maintain reports, logs, spreadsheets, and departmental records.
- Perform data entry and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, field personnel, customers, and other internal departments to support daily operations.
- Assist with reporting, communications, records management, and other administrative projects as needed.
- Support additional operational and administrative initiatives assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree required or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and supporting operational teams preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Administrative support in operations, engineering, construction, utilities, or similar environments.
- Experience tracking documentation, compliance records, or inspections.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
