We’re D’Vine Taste Promotions, a premium field marketing agency specializing in wine and spirits tastings inside retail chains across Southern California. Our brand ambassadors help customers discover new products and elevate the in-store experience, while enabling suppliers to grow their presence on the shelf.

About the role:
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing field marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and able to manage a variety of recurring operational tasks with accuracy and consistency.
Key responsibilities:
Internal Support Line: Be responsible for our internal phone line for all urgent field ops questions from Brand Ambassadors. We will train you on standardized problem-solving, but you must be able to think critically as well.
Scheduling Confirmations: Follow up with internal Brand Ambassadors to confirm each of their jobs that we assign them. This will be done over both text and email.
Other Admin Tasks: Support the operations team with various other administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
What we’re looking for:
Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
100% Fluent written and spoken English is a must, ideally with no accent.
Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks consistently.
Comfort with tools like Google Sheets, Google Drive, and web-based databases.
Experience in a similar admin or operations role is a plus.
