Description
Support and facilitate client transfers between advisors
Open and set up client accounts
Follow up on transfers
Additional tasks include policy review escalation management
Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfers
Qualifications
Must Have Requirements:
1 years previous banking operations experience involved in account openings transfers ideally in Wealth Operations but open to everyday banking operations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Savvy with technology and data
Experience in escalations and policy review
Nice To Have
Motivated to learn
Interest in learning platforms
Previous customer service experience
Bilingual – French English
Education
Post-Secondary
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $23.00/hr.
