Administrative Assistant – Part-Time or Full-Time

TEHC Healthcare is currently seeking a part-time or full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Rockledge, Florida. We’re looking for a dedicated professional with a minimum of two years of experience in a home health or medical office setting. Experience in Wellsky EMR preferred. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and an excellent communicator. Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with physician offices, patients, and healthcare professionals.

Organize, sort, and maintain documentation in patient electronic files in a timely manner.

Provide general clerical support, including:

Admission preparation

Orientation and new hire packets

Typing, filing, copying, and special projects

Assist with the management and maintenance of patient orders.

Maintain confidentiality while ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and staff.

Answer incoming calls and greet visitors courteously.

Scan and upload patient and employee documents into the EMR system.

Collate and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.

Write and edit various documents, including letters, reports, and instructional materials.

Create and manage electronic and physical filing systems.

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
