Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various office tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, ensuring easy access to information when needed.

Utilize computer software for data entry, document preparation, and communication tasks.

Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.

Perform general office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean work environment.

Support medical reception tasks if applicable, including patient check-in and managing medical records.

Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow within the organization.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an office setting or as an administrative assistant is preferred.

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficient in computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Experience in office management or as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.

Ability to type efficiently and accurately while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
