Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound candidate communications, managing high volumes of text messages, emails, and phone calls with timeliness and professionalism.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and communication logs within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity across the recruiting workflow.

Coordinate and manage complex scheduling and calendar logistics for the recruiting team, including interview scheduling and appointment follow-ups.

Support recruiters with day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the candidate pipeline moving efficiently and free up the team to focus on sourcing and client engagement.

Proactively adapt to shifting priorities and unexpected communication surges, applying strong organizational systems to stay ahead of demand.

Contribute to an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring every touchpoint is handled with care, consistency, and a professional tone.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant administrative experience in a professional or corporate setting.

Prior experience in an administrative, recruiting coordination, or high-volume customer-facing role, ideally within a staffing, BPO, or professional services environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous inbound communications across multiple channels (phone, email, text) without sacrificing accuracy or responsiveness.

Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, or similar platforms where data integrity is critical.

Proven track record of managing multiple complex calendars or schedules simultaneously, with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.

Composure and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities shift quickly and volume can spike without notice.
