Full Job Description

Responds to customer inquiries by telephone, e-mail, or chat to provide non-technical problem resolution. Resolves routine and basic problems and communicates solutions or requested information to the customer. Analyzes a customer’s service needs and refers to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed. Uses a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
Job Responsibilities:

Administrative phone/email responsibilities.

Reporting

Work Order processing – including but not limited to data entry, time management.

Organizing inventory.

Contribute to team efforts.

Requirements:

High School diploma and/or technical training

Professional communication skills

Good phone etiquette

Computer skills including Word and Excel

Strong Organizational skills

Attention to detail.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Willingness to take direction.

Mechanical Aptitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
