Administrative Assistant to a Top Brokerage
If you have a passion for Real Estate and like to be challenged, then this is a GREAT opportunity for you! A successful Real Estate Brokerage is seeking a highly productive office administrative assistant.
This is a full time position and has the potential for overtime. Top pay for the right talent and experience. Real Estate License is a plus and preferred. Experience with social media is preferred (ability to create Reels).
Must Haves:
– Attention to detail is a must for this position, at Vera Cohen Realty we cross every “t” and dot every “i”.
– You must be a self-starter.
– You must love fast pace work
– You should be comfortable prioritizing a list of tasks and executing them without supervision.
– You must have reliable transportation and must be able to work in our East Greenbush office. In addition, there is minimal occasional travel required.
– You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word as well as basic computer functionality and internet research.
– You must have “no task is too big” attitude, kind personality and positive view of every challenge mentality!
– You must be available 40 hours a week.
– You must be able to work in the U.S.
– You must have previous experience in an office environment.
– You must be comfortable speaking face-to-face, as well as on the phone/email with clients.
– You must be able to work with our dynamic team
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Multi-tasking and time management abilities.
– Ability to manage projects
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Ability to deal with many strong personalities in a professional manner
– You must be accountable and keep others accountable and honest
Pluses:
– Past real estate knowledge or experience is a big plus!
– A college degree is a plus but not required.
– Experience with CRM software, accounting software, organization software, etc.
– Experience with customer service is also a plus.
– 2-5 years of administrative experience
– Photoshop, Canva & Social Media experience
