Key Responsibilities:
Be reliable and present a professional attitude
Organize and maintain compliant client files
Communicate with clients about policy inquiries
Prepare materials for client meetings
Review and process insurance applications & transactions, ensuring accurate and timely flow from form completion to delivery, following up on outstanding requirements as required
Act as a liaison between the advisor’s office and insurance carriers
Maintain databases
Provide general reception and office support as required, including phone calls, couriers, and other general duties related to the administration of the office
Participate in ongoing training related to job duties
Key Qualifications:
University Degree
Minimum 2-5 years experience in the life insurance industry
Life Insurance License preferred
Industry-related training preferred
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong proofreading and editing skills
Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM
Strong organizational skills, efficient and detail-oriented
The ability to work with minimal direction
Collaborate as part of the Team in the day-to-day operations of the office
