Come join us in delivering better outcomes for our clients around the world! We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Mumbai office. This role will support our Alternate Investments Fund team.#ASSOCIATE
What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?
Coordinate travel arrangements (booking of flights, hotels, transfers, visas etc)
Calendars management
Assist in expense preparation, submission and tracking via Workday Expense
Review, record and obtain required approvals for invoice payments
Coordinate and provide support with meetings, events and conferences when required
Attend and receive guests at the reception on the assigned floor in a professional manner when required
Assist with meeting room bookings and arrange refreshments where necessary
Maintain travel & meetings record
Assist and be a reliable support for the Administration Manager in all matters
Handle incoming and outgoing mails, postage, parcels, couriers when required
What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?
3 – 5 years of experience in administrative duties preferably in financial services industry
Pleasant personality with good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask
Meticulous, solution and detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
Good PC Skills with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Work Shift Timings – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
