Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing support to various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in office software, and have excellent communication abilities.

Duties

Manage daily office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.

Answer phone calls and manage phone systems to ensure effective communication within the office.

Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating visits.

Provide clerical support by preparing documents and reports.

Skills

Proficiency in Outlook and Quickbooks

Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software programs.

Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.

Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems.

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
