Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Tours, responsible for supporting the daily operations of G Consult Finances. This role includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing documents and presentations. The Administrative Assistant will handle incoming calls and emails, greet visitors, manage mail and filing systems, and ensure that client records are accurately maintained. The role also involves assisting with executive administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting internal reporting and documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with team members to maintain smooth office operations and provide responsive, professional service to clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and courteously with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Solid Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, record maintenance, and basic office equipment use.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) and comfort learning new tools and systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and reliability in handling confidential information and sensitive financial matters.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Tours and provide consistent, client-focused support.
  • Relevant administrative or office support experience; post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
