Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Henderson, NV. This role is responsible for managing front-desk operations, answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling mail and deliveries. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, organizing client files, and performing data entry to support tax preparation and general office operations. The Administrative Assistant also assists with clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, preparing documents, assisting with processing of tax returns, updating task lists, and supporting executive-level staff with administrative needs as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations, documentation, and general support tasks
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance to support firm leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and task coordination
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar) and basic data entry
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information
  • Prior experience in an accounting, financial services, or professional office environment preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or administrative training is a plus

Pay & Benefits

  • Projected hourly pay is between $20 and $30 per hour based on candidate’s qualifications and experience

  • 401(k) contribution of 3% of salary once eligible
