The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support, assist with office tasks, perform clerical duties such as entering invoice and expense reports, create Lunch and Learn schedules, and perform other daily tasks which include (but not limited to) dispersing mail, ordering office supplies, assisting clients with meetings and interviews, scheduling meetings, booking travel accommodations for upper-level management, scheduling Lunch and Learn opportunities for team members

Experience

1-3 years’ experience in an administrative or data entry role.

Must have strong organizational skills and be very detail-oriented.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Accounting experience is a plus, but it is not necessary.

Education

Associate’s degree in business administration or related field.

Relocation Requirement

Home office in Alpharetta, GA. Must live or relocate within commuting distance.
