Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and coordinating various activities. This position requires excellent time management skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle customer support effectively.

Duties

Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and invoicing as needed.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and computerized, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management meetings.
Coordinate office events and meetings, including logistics such as room bookings and catering arrangements.
Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative role or as an office clerk is preferred.
Strong knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members professionally.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
An active Christian faith demonstrated in local church involvement.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
