COMPENSATION: Administrative Assistant, $19.75/hour (new employee) plus full benefits package.
- Please note that the hourly rate of pay is inclusive of the mandatory 4.5% retirement contribution to the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF).

Qualifications
- Highly organized, flexible, and willing to work as a team to assist with priority projects
- Strong background in Excel, Word and Google applications
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable working closely with staff and students
- Comfortable working in stressful situations
- Bilingual skills helpful
- Willing to build trusting relationships with students
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of all student personal information
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to relate well to students, staff and parents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including tact in communicating sensitive information with parents and/or faculty/staff
- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
- Flexibility and willingness to work as a team to assist with priority projects
