Our client, a distinguished semi-government company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an Admin Coordinator for 6-month contract to support office management operations and coordinate dealings with other day to day task.

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

· Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

· Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence. Ensure timely responses and follow-ups.

· Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, organize meeting materials, and take minutes during meetings. Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.

· Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all travel-related documents are in order.

· Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

· Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

· Manage travel logistics and itineraries (flights, hotels, transportation, and other support as needed)

· Record minutes of meetings

· Maintain proper physical and digital filing of correspondence and documents

· Procurement and invoicing, submitting the PR/POs in the system

· Other tasks as required
