Description
- Type tender documents and reports.
- Liaise and arrange tender advertisement with advertising agent.
- Prepare tender files and forms (PTR, Tender Register).
- Close tenders on tender closing date / time and post tender results.
- Compile contracts documents and arrange for execution.
- Electronic and non-electronic filing works – update/upload data (including scanning) in digital file sharing platform.
- Monitor & update R & R and Re-roofing cycles in Property Data System and prepare yearly budget projection for cyclical works for Town Council.
- Prepare payment vouchers and claims.
- Prepare Term Contracts SORs for Town Councils’ uploading into Works Order System.
- Compile Yearly Consultant’s Performance Assessments Report.
- Other clerical and administrative works.
Requirements
- NITEC / Diploma holder
- A level and other tertiary education
- Self-driven, meticulous, and a team player to meet tight timelines
