**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated Home Health Administrative Assistant to manage routine clerical tasks and ensure seamless service and documentation flow. This role is essential in maintaining our agency’s operational efficiency and supporting our dedicated team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and directing calls appropriately.
Open the office and update the office dashboard/metrics as assigned by the Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS).
Maintain and restock the patient supply room.
Assist with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) follow-up and medical supply orders.
Lead efforts in maintaining compliant scheduling practices.
Provide support to the DPCS while preserving confidentiality.
Collaborate with the Impact HR team, aiding with HR follow-ups and welcoming new hires.
Carry out additional duties as assigned by the DPCS.
**Position Qualifications:**
Minimum of 1 year experience in home health.
Detail-oriented with a passion for processes and routines.
Demonstrates integrity and effective communication skills.
Committed to accuracy and quality.
Proactive in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Willingness to assist team members and contribute to a supportive work environment.
