Position: Administrative Assistant (HR and Accounting)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and manage filing systems to ensure efficient office operations

Assist in keeping the team organized, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner

Support various administrative functions as needed to enhance workflow and productivity

Process accounts payable using Quick Books Enterprise

Assist with scanning, filing, copying, and data entry for HR-related tasks

Perform general office duties, including organizing files and documents

Answer and direct phone calls as needed

Qualifications:

Willingness to learn new tasks and skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and a positive attitude

Strong organizational and communication skills

Education and Experience:

Basic understanding of Human Resources and accounting practices

Quick Books Enterprise knowledge a plus

Familiarity with Paychex is a bonus

High school or GED

Previous experience in a similar role (1 year)

Proficient in Excel and Word

Must be able to maintain confidentiality

Ability to communicate to multiple levels of staff (employee to upper management) both verbally and in writing

Must be organized and able to handle multi-tasks simultaneously
