BASIC FUNCTION: Perform intricate and responsible Human Resource Services office management work requiring independent judgment and analysis; prepare and maintain confidential logs, files, and records related to bargaining and other issues; coordinate the flow of communication. Prepare frequent, detailed, and accurate bargaining unit reports; assemble confidential and sensitive information related to labor relations and negotiations.

TRAINING, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: associate’s degree, and five years of increasingly responsible secretarial or administrative assistant experience. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California driver’s license; provide personal automobile and proof of insurance.
