Land Development Administrator
Support the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Land Development by providing all day-to-day administrative and land acquisition support activities, both internal and external to the office environment, as and when necessary.
Provide administrative support to the project managers and project coordinator(s), working closely together to process information so as to set daily, weekly and quarterly priorities, establish and meet deadlines.
Arrange, confirm and prepare for meetings for the team.
Prepare for and attend internal project meetings and prepare accurate Minutes for use by internal staff
Prepare letters, presentations and reports for internal and external use.
Assist the Land Development team by following up with consultants and municipalities to ensure that project timeline schedules are maintained and/or achieved.
Organize and maintain an effective paper and an electronic filing system designed to accommodate a large number of active development projects.
General office administration including invoices processing.
