Copy2Copy is currently looking for a detail oriented and organized Office Assistant / Customer Service representative. Located in San Diego, CA, this is a Full Time position. Qualified applicants must have:

At least a High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of customer service experience in digital & offset printing industry is highly preferred

Has an understanding of PC formats / Adobe pdf / Microsoft Office including Outlook

Has excellent people skills and conflict resolution

Has excellent phone etiquette and communication skills with proper grammar

Enjoys a busy, high-demand, deadline based environment

Strong data entry experience

Excellent follow through skills and attention to detail

Punctual and Reliable

Job responsibilities include:

Answering phones

Scanning invoices

Purchasing Inventory supplies & get quotes from various vendors

Processing paperwork for order outs

Generate purchase orders and validate invoices

Assist Sales with work orders and hold sales

Interfacing with walk-in customers, and corresponding by email, phone and fax

Price estimating and follow up, taking orders

proofing / quality check

Perform administrative duties

​This position is best suited to those with excellent clerical and keyboard skills and a keen sense of customer service. Those working in this area are responsible for assisting members of the sales team with a number of administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
