Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth communication within the office. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks, calendar management, and providing support to both staff and clients.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.
Assist in filing documents, both electronically and physically, to maintain an organized office environment.
Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Serve as a assistant to executives, managing travel arrangements and other personal tasks as required.
Act as a receptionist when needed, greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in calendar management and office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
