In this position you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide administrative support to the Palmetto Recovery Center; train new and existing support staff.
- Assist the Consumer Services Supervisor with the hiring process by managing applicant information in NeoGov.
- Serve as the Time Administrator in the SC Enterprise System (SCEIS) for the Palmetto Recovery Center.
- Maintain and manage the Residential Fund Account and monitor the use of the office credit card and office purchasing cards.
- Maintain and order adequate supplies for the Palmetto Recovery Center and serve as the contact person for service and repair calls as needed,
Minimum And Additional Requirements
- A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of administrative experience with SCVRD preferred.
