The manager is not looking for a Project Manager profile. They are looking for someone with a mix of Administrative Assistant and Project Coordinator experience, ideally with 2+ years of experience but not more than 5-6 years.
Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to join our Program Management Operations team in a Support Role. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our global Program teams throughout the design and development phases of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage project meeting calendars, planning and logistics, utilizing MS Office tools and Smartsheet.
- Own and maintain Program templates.
- Facilitate Program Management Staff Meetings.
Project Support:
- Manage materials, including ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing program materials worldwide.
- Create Purchasing Card orders based on requests, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to processes
- Respond to global Program Management and internal inquiries about order status and invoice follow-ups.
Additionally, you will:
- Interface with cross functional teams to support Program Management activities and processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement where needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently
2+ years of experience in a dynamic professional environment
Strong computer skills required, working with multiple software packages including MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), Smartsheet, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI
Knowledge of Planisware database a plus

The expected base salary range for this position is $19 – $20 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
