We are actively searching for an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator to help us with day to day support and implementation of our services. Must be a self-starter and motivated to become an asset to the company. Applicants will receive internal training during their employment with the company.
Job Responsibilities
Transitioning Sales Orders to Project Tasks
Sales Order functions
Aligning Project finances and budgetary tracking
Validating Invoicing throughout Project lifespan
Procurement functions for Project work
Tracking Service Delivery Fixed Assets
Operational liaison to Accounting
Document standards
Job Qualifications
5+ years business administration experience
Pass background check (State, Federal)
Basic Computer knowledge (Office Suite)
Attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Time management and be able to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
