The Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and competent Administrative Assistant for a remote / office role. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our team — assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. While this position is remote, it requires the ability to seamlessly transition to in-office work as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the team to manage and prioritize administrative tasks.
Maintain and optimize the organizational digital filing system.
Assist in planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Support internal and external communications, responding to queries as necessary.
Create and distribute reports, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of operations.
Desired Qualifications:
A minimum of a High School Diploma.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Flexible team player who can work well in a remote/office shift environment
Nice-to-Haves:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant is a plus.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures will be handy.
Prior experience in a remote work environment would be beneficial.
Familiarity with the solar energy industry is advantageous.
