Crown Pacific Fine Foods is a family owned specialty food distribution company seeking a reliable and motivated Sales Support and Vendor Coordinator.
Administrative Support:
Setting up sales and vendor meetings and appointments.
Managing, organizing, and creating sales materials and presentations.
Customer and Vendor Relationship Management:
Maintaining and updating customer and vendor databases and records.
Responding to customer and vendor inquiries and providing information.
Assisting with customer and vendor issues.
Other Responsibilities:
Assisting with the coordination of sales events and promotions.
Working with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Type 40+ WPM and 10 key by touch, required
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
