Role Description
This is a full-time position for an Administrative Assistant and Social Media Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative roles with a focus on creating and managing social media content, developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, and analyzing performance metrics. The role involves daily coordination with the marketing team and clients. The role will include collecting on-site project content and developing highly engaging media copy and graphics.
Duties
General administrative duties, front desk management, customer service engagement.
Coordinate company social media and marketing efforts with architecture team.
Administrative support to company principal
Potential for business development engagement
Qualifications
3-5 Years experience as an administrative assistant and/or social media coordinator
Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
Strong Communication and Writing skills. Proficiency in English / Spanish preferred.
Experience with Digital Marketing strategies
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Friendly and professional disposition with excellent client engagement
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our social media presence fresh and relevant.
Manage the content calendar to ensure timely posting and consistent messaging across all platforms.
Photography and graphic design skills a plus
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Photoshop, Google Analytics
Associates degree or certifications in communication, marketing, or a related field is a plus
Experience in the architecture or design industry is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
