We are seeking a talented and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tamarindo. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the sales team, coordinating closely with the back office, and driving efficiency and productivity. As the primary point of contact for issue resolution, you will be able to support our sales advisors, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate communication and activities between the sales team and back office functions (technology, finance, communications) to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
* Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
* Anticipate and proactively address the requirements of sales advisors, enhancing the quality and responsiveness of service.
* This role will be responsible for daily opening and closing of the office.
Requirements:
* This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tamarindo. The person must reside in Guanacaste and be available to travel to Tamarindo.
* Excellent personal presentation and a high level of professionalism.
* Proficiency in English.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and document management software.
* Previous experience in administrative roles is essential.
