Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, ensuring team members remain informed of upcoming meetings, deadlines, and key commitment
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, meeting agendas, and preparation of all required travel documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures by managing travel and expense reporting and partnering with Compliance to obtain necessary approval
- Demonstrate sound judgment by proactively resolving scheduling conflicts, prioritizing competing demands, and driving projects to successful completion within tight deadline
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate team events, social activities, and employee engagement initiatives to foster collaboration and team morale
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Experience working in the financial industry
