Family office in New York City is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the Investment Team.

This role is 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, ensuring team members remain informed of upcoming meetings, deadlines, and key commitment
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, meeting agendas, and preparation of all required travel documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures by managing travel and expense reporting and partnering with Compliance to obtain necessary approval
  • Demonstrate sound judgment by proactively resolving scheduling conflicts, prioritizing competing demands, and driving projects to successful completion within tight deadline
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate team events, social activities, and employee engagement initiatives to foster collaboration and team morale

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience
  • Experience working in the financial industry
