Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Support
Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries via email and chat
Route customer issues to appropriate team members and track resolution
Maintain customer databases and update records with 100% accuracy
Administrative Operations
Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings across multiple time zones
Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Manage digital filing systems and document organization
Process Coordination
Assist with onboarding new team members and customers
Track and order office supplies for remote team members
Maintain team calendars and coordinate schedules
Special Projects
Assist with customer satisfaction surveys and feedback compilation
Support marketing team with customer communication initiatives
Help streamline administrative processes for greater efficiency
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides and powerpoint)
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
Comfort with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
Strong typing skills (50+ WPM)
Soft Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Outstanding time management and prioritization
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience & Education
2+ years administrative or customer service experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
Remote work experience preferred
