Roles
Lifting equipment data entry (On Job Training)
Liaising with Sales, Operations team, Professional Engineers and Customers to complete job orders
Attending to phone calls
Filing, scanning, sorting and archiving documents
Invoice, DO & Job Order procession and clearing
Data entry into Sales Invoice template
Data entry of Bill template
Handling petty cash, NETS machine terminal for payments or change returns
Liaising with Inventory/Warehouse team to seek clarifications on documents.
Work Location:
1 Buroh Street Unit 1, JTC Space One @ Buroh Street Singapore 627565 (Direct Bus from Boon Lay Interchange)
Working Hours
Monday – Friday (0830hrs – 1730hrs)
Saturday (0830hrs – 1300hrs)
Salary Range
Probation period – SGD 2400
After probation (upon confirmation) – SGD 2600
Skills Required
Microsoft Excel
Proficient in English (Read and write & speak)
Proficient in Mandarin (Speak)
