Job Description
Our document processors are responsible for efficiently processing, handling, and distributing all client and government agency mail, in addition to performing various clerical tasks. This includes managing incoming and outgoing mail, generating reports, and preparation and filing of power of attorney forms. The document processing team ensures accurate record-keeping of all mail transactions and collaborates effectively with internal staff.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Fulfill all requests from team members to send outgoing mail to government agencies and clients.
· Receive and process mail from the IRS and other revenue departments.
· Scan & upload all mail to client files and notify corresponding team members.
· Monitor company fax and scans for incoming documents.
· Assist in processing power of attorney forms and other legal documents.
· Handle general clerical duties such as generating reports and organizing digital data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 1+ year(s) of administrative experience
· GED or High School Diploma
· Proficient reading & writing skills
· Proficient experience in Microsoft Office and CRM databases
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
