Boulo is helping our client recruit for a part-time and fully remote Administrative Compliance Coordinator to support internal compliance operations and documentation management in a dynamic, fast-evolving regulatory environment.
Employment Type: Part-time, 20-30 hours per week
Flexibility: Flexible work hours, fully remote but candidates must be in US and preferably in CT or ET zones
Pay: $25-30 per hour
Our client, a leading Earned Wage Access (EWA) provider, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Compliance Coordinator. In this role, you will provide critical support to the compliance team by managing documentation, coordinating internal processes, tracking key deadlines, and helping maintain organized and up-to-date compliance records. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and organizational skills who thrives in a process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation, formatting, and submission of compliance-related documentation and reports to internal teams and external agencies.
Maintain a comprehensive and well-organized filing system for all regulatory documents, audit results, and correspondence.
Track compliance deadlines and assist with timely submissions of filings and updates as directed by senior compliance personnel.
Coordinate internal reviews and assist with organizing audit processes, including scheduling, document collection, and follow-up tracking.
Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of internal compliance policies and procedures by maintaining and updating documentation as changes occur.
Monitor and summarize regulatory updates provided by the compliance team and help disseminate information to appropriate stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Serve as a point of contact for administrative questions and coordination with regulatory bodies under the guidance of senior compliance professionals.
Provide general administrative support to the compliance department, including meeting coordination, note-taking, task tracking, and data entry.
Qualifications:
Strong administrative or operations experience, preferably in a professional services or regulatory-related environment.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Google Docs/Sheets).
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn basic compliance concepts.
