Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Coordinator role located in Indianapolis, IN. The Administrative Coordinator will manage daily administrative tasks, handle customer inquiries, and support the organization’s operations. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, maintaining records, managing communications, supporting financial processes, and coordinating events or meetings. The role requires a customer-focused approach and the ability to ensure organizational efficiency and a positive member experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members, partners, and stakeholders
- Exceptional Administrative Assistance and Organizational skills to manage schedules, records, and office procedures
- Basic understanding or experience in Finance, including budgeting, invoicing, or financial tracking
- Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in office software and tools
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN
- A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting the mission of the Indianapolis Landscape Association
