We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily business operations and ensure the efficient coordination of administrative activities. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, maintain records, coordinate meetings, and provide administrative support to multiple departments while contributing to a productive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative operations and office activities.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain team calendars.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required.
  • Monitor office supplies and assist with purchasing and vendor coordination.
  • Support onboarding activities and administrative processes for new employees.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist with data entry, document management, and record keeping.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to support business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or operations support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using document management or workflow systems.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting, expense reporting, or office budgeting.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership or cross-functional teams is a plus.
