Position Overview:
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient and effective office operations. This role involves managing daily office activities, coordinating meetings and events, and handling communication with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with project managers to assist in preparation of all proposals and other client-related materials
Tracking due dates for proposals adn prompting the managers when they are due.
Closing out old proposals if they are > 90 days for all departments.
Manage various workflows relating to COIs and vendor package requests
Coordinate with team members to provide administrative support, ensuring organization and efficiency
Manage contact management database, including updating and adding contact information as necessary
Complete special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of administrative or office management experience.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Organization: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
