Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably in the development sector
Salary: 4.5 LPA to 4.8 LPA fixed, plus an up to 20% variable component linked to your annual performance. This is non-negotiable. Please participate only if you are comfortable with this CTC range.
Essential Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Attention to detail and ability to handle large data efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping
Coordinate scheduling of meetings and maintain meeting minutes
Process payments, procurement, and project-related workflows
Project Coordination:
Assist in the execution and monitoring of project deliverables
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Support audits and evaluations
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries
Maintain an organized repository of project files
Support Functions:
Collaborate with team members to address operational needs
Coordinate with the IT team to resolve technical issues
