JOB DESCRIPTION

â–ª Employee relations & admin queries handling

â–ª Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office.

â–ª Handling correspondence and drafting letters and emails & da

ta management.

â–ª Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other official documents.

â–ª Coordinate meetings and appointments.

â–ª Addressing the administrative issues & Coordinating with Internal and external stakeholders & ensuring smooth closure of tasks/work assigned with desired outcomes.

â–ª Handling general office administration such as Events, Meetings coordination, operational expenses settlements & travel arrangements requirement.

â–ª Handling Internal & External communication with all stakeholders with professionalism.

â–ª Maintaining & improvising the procedures & system for improving the work flow

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

â–ª At least 2 years of experience in HR/Administration support roles

â–ª BA/MBA (Specialization in Human Resource) any equivalent degree

â–ª Knowledge of basic HR & Accounting function is Plus.

â–ª Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

â–ª Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MIS tools and other relevant software.

â–ª Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

â–ª Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

â–ª Strong problem-solving skills & Team Player skills
