About Sherah
Sherah is a fast-growing, on-demand personal assistant app built for busy women and families. We provide virtual assistance across the U.S. and in-person support in key markets of: Richmond, Atlanta, Charlotte, Charlottesville, Chicago, Houston, Raleigh-Durham, Tampa, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia. Our team of about 30 people across the U.S. helps our members complete their to-do lists: from finding childcare and running errands, to booking appointments and planning events and travel, we do everything that a busy family needs done.
Role Overview
We're bringing on our next employee to support our two top executives so they can stay focused on growing the company. This person will support:
- our COO across operations, member services, and HR; and
- our CEO across marketing, sales, finance, and tech.
We need someone who thrives on getting things done for others and takes pride in being a part of helping to grow something meaningful. You will work closely with both executives, other team members, and outside partners. You will have access to confidential and proprietary information and will be expected to keep it so.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal person is versatile, detail-oriented, professional, and fun to be around in a fast-moving, quickly changing startup environment. They will sit at the heart of Sherah alongside our top two leaders every day.

You're the engine who is executing, coordinating, following up, and making sure things don’t fall through the cracks. You have the energy to manage it all, but not so much that you get distracted or distract others. You have the experience and maturity to have perspective and ability to prioritize what is urgent vs. what can wait, and what needs the attention of execs vs. what others can handle.
