Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our team in managing daily operations and enhancing overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and office management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively. This role is essential for ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing excellent customer support.

Duties

Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Manage scheduling, appointments, and correspondence for team members.

Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to important documents.

Provide clerical support, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation.

Assist in financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.

Serve as a point of contact for clients and customers, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and project coordination.

Support medical reception duties as needed, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling.

Skills

Proficient in computer literacy with a strong command of office software applications.

Experience in office management practices and procedures.

Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.

Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is advantageous.

Strong customer support skills with an emphasis on professionalism and courtesy.

Excellent clerical skills, including attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is beneficial but not required.
